What can be better than coffee? I'll tell you what.
A big scoop of Blue Bell Vanilla Bean ice cream with about a tablespoon or so of instant espresso powder poured on top and then mixed in.
Espresso Ice Cream. Oh Yeah!
I was up until 3 last night after having some for dessert at 8 pm.

Ooooh, just the mix? I made instant hot espresso and poured that on top. Mine all melted. Will do better next time.
